maria blanca ® uses fabric made from 78% ECONYL® Regenerated Nylon and 22% LYCRA® imported from Italy. 

Sustainability should also be about quality. Like some of the worlds great brands — maria blanca uses ECONYL® yarn, a 100% regenerated nylon fiber made in Italy from nylon waste otherwise polluting the Earth. Regenerated waste includes fishing nets, carpet flooring and industrial plastic rescued from all over the world.

Through a radical regeneration and purification process, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity to create a full circle solution. This means that ECONYL® regenerated nylon is exactly the same quality as fossil-based nylon and has the potential to be recycled infinitely, without ever losing its quality.

Quality & Care

• UV protected (UPF 50+), ultra chlorine resistant, and resistant to sun cream and oils.
• Made with unique muscular compression for excellent shape retention and coverage.
• Ultra flat and resistant to wrinkles. 
• Piling resistant. 

To avoid your garment from expanding or discoloring, we recommend our tops be gently machine/hand washed and drip dried in the shade. Do not wring them dry.
